After shampooing, dispense desired amount of conditioner into hands. Apply evenly to mid-lengths and ends of hair.

Typical dosage should be approximately 3mL of product (or one to two teaspoons, more for longer hair lengths). The amount used will depend on hair length, density and desired result.
