Where do we ship?
We ship to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.
In a country where we do not ship, please contact us and tell us where you are.

When will my order ship?
We will ship out orders the same day for any orders placed before 1pm EST. Any orders placed after will be shipped the following day.
We do not ship over the weekend. Any orders that are placed after 1pm EST on Friday - Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday.

Where do we ship from?
100mL is based in the US. We ship out of our warehouse in Michigan.

What types of shipping do you offer for US orders?
We offer ground shipping and 2nd air for US orders.
For international shipping we offer Economy international (6-14 days) and Express international (2-5 days).
We use the following carriers: USPS (US), UPS (US) FedEx (International), and DHL (International)

Where can I find my tracking number:
You will receive an email from 100mL once your order has been processed. If you do not receive a tracking number please contact us.

I didn’t receive my order, what now?
We track each individual order while they are on their journey to our customers. If we see that the order says delivered, but you did not receive it, we suggest getting in touch with the shipping carrier to see if they have any additional information. Once we see that the package has been delivered it is longer our responsibility, but we ask you to please take up the issue with the carrier.

Any other 100mL Shipping tips and tricks?
Are you traveling soon? If so, we highly suggest shipping your order directly to your hotel, Air bnb, or destination. We will do the busy work for you and contact the hotel you are staying at to let them know that a package will be arriving for you.
