How will I know if my order went through?
We’ll send you a confirmation email when we receive your order and as soon as we’ve shipped your 100mL products.
Can I change or cancel my order once placed?
You can’t cancel or change your order once it has been placed. We appreciate your understanding. We do accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. We accept returns of unopened products within 7 days of receiving your order. At this point, we do not accept exchanges but encourage you to place a new order with your preferred products.
What do I do if my order arrives incorrect or damaged?

Shipping
How much is shipping?
We offer ground, 3-day shipping, and overnight. Prices vary depending on shipping speed. If you place your order before 1pm PST, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally upon request. Please email cc@shop100mL.com. We are working hard to have EU distribution by early 2023. We encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when this option is available.
Pro Tip: If you are based in the EU, but traveling to the USA, you can ship your 100mL products directly to your hotel.
Where can I have my item shipped to?
100mL can be delivered wherever your travels take you. Hotel, AirBnb, home, office. You submit your address, and we’ll send your travel-ready products and pouch.

How does it work?
All products on 100mL are travel-ready and airport-security-approved. You can shop our pre-packed pouches, or build a routine of your own. Simply select four (or more) products, and we’ll send them to your home or your hotel.

We curate every brand and product available on 100mL. We believe in bringing your favorite products with you on your travels, but we also encourage you to discover something new. Every product on 100mL is clean, sustainable, and inclusive.
Is 100mL sustainable?
We know that taking planes isn’t the most sustainable option out there. But, we believe you can still make your travels more planet-friendly. For 100mL, every decision we make – from the brands we source to how we package our products – is guided by our commitment to creating a brand of the future that cares about our earth and the people in it.
