What is your return policy?
We hope you love your products from 100mL, but in the event that you are unsatisfied with anything in your order we will accept returns only on items that have not been opened and within 7 days of receiving your order

We will cover the cost of returns within the US. Any returns within Canada, the UK, or Europe, the customer will have to cover the costs of shipping, duties, and taxes.

If you would like to bring a return please reach out to concierge@shop100ml.com with your name, order number, and reason why you want to return your product.

Can I return products that have been opened?
Unfortunately, no we do not accept returns on any products that are opened.

Do you accept returns on products that expire?
Skincare and wellness products do have a shelf life. We work closely with our brands to make sure we have a long enough shelf life 1 year or longer. We will not accept returns or refunds on products that will expire 1 month or longer.

I received damaged products, what should I do?
At 100mL, we take pride in how well we ship each individual order.In the event that you receive a product that has been damaged please do email us at concierge@shop100ml.com and with images and your order number.

Please note that some of the products do change shape from the pressure of the air in planes, we will not accept refunds for this.
